VF01 - Evading an Officer

Any person who, while operating a standard road vehicle, off-road vehicle, or bicycle, willfully flees or otherwise attempts to elude a pursuing law enforcement officer, is guilty of Evading an Officer.

All occupants of a vehicle are liable to be charged with VF01 if they willfully partake in the act.

GM04 - Resisting Arrest

Resisting arrest in any physical manner or by running on foot. 

GM19 - Face Concealment (b)

(a) No person or persons, while wearing any mask, hood, or device whereby any portion of the face is hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer, shall:

(1) With the intent to intimidate, threaten, abuse, or harass any other person;

(2) With the intent to cause another person to fear for his or her personal safety, or, where it is probable that reasonable persons will be put in fear for their personal safety by the defendant’s actions, with reckless disregard for that probability; or

(3) While engaged in conduct prohibited by law, with the intent of avoiding identification.

(b) Any person or persons violating GC - 04 - Face Concealment while committing a crime will be held to the misdemeanor criminal charge of Face Concealment. 

VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle

Intentional disregard for life and/or property through the operation of a road or marine vehicle. 

WF03 - Possession of Illegal Firearms/Weapons

Illegally possessing any type of firearm, weapon, parts of a firearm/weapon, ammunition or a firearm without a serial number.
